If you are a property owner in Woodland, you should have received your letter within the last few days regarding the proposed increase in your water rates.
I highly recommend that you call (Per their instructions at the bottom of the second page) the Public Works Department at (530) 661-5962, and ask them how your bill will be calculated. You should also call the Finance Department at (530) 661-5830 and ask them the same question.
