The City Council has now filled Jeff Monroe's position on the "City Choir" with Tom Stallard.
Anyone with a lick of sense would have already known that this is who they were going to select. Even President Obama would not have been nominated had he applied for the job.
What we don't need is yet another attorney in a leadership position. A pig farmer would have been our choice (no disrespect to pig farmers intended)
